Is the shipping free?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but orders over 12,000 ISK qualify for free shipping.
When will I receive my item?
All orders are shipped from Iceland. Delivery usually takes around 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.
Can I change or return my item?
Yes — you can return items within 30 days if they’re unused and in original packaging. Email nadia@rememberreykjavik.com to start. Sale and custom items can’t be returned. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
